One beautiful morning, Robin Williams and her partner were woken up by unusual high-pitched meows.
However, they weren’t exactly surprised as they were often visited by a vocal neighborhood cat whom they named Baby Cat. What actually surprised them was far more adorable than that.

“Baby Cat has been coming to our house for the past year now and has always been very loud. She would come to the door, and she would meow very loud to get our attention.”
Despite being a street cat, she was very friendly. From the moment they met, the couple knew Baby Cat was special. They added:
“She trusted us from the first day we met her.”
Baby Cat was often seen with an older gray cat who was too scared to approach. However, she never missed a chance to greet her favorite humans.

Over time, their bond strengthened and they became best friends. Robin shared:
“She was always willing to get close to us, and as time went on, she got more and more trusting. She went from coming over for food to letting us give her pets, and then she started coming inside the house to eat food. Then, it got to the point where she would spend a lot of time in our basement, sometimes overnight.”
A few months after they met, the couple realized Baby Cat was pregnant. They provided her with extra care, hoping she would give birth near their house or even in their basement. But, Baby Cat had other plans.
In fact, it was as though she decided to surprise them when they least expected it. One day, Baby Cat came to the couple to greet them, but her meows were different from usual.

The couple saw her through the window and were shocked to see that her belly was gone. They quickly ran to get some food, but when they returned to the porch, Baby Cat was nowhere to be found.
However, what happened next truly left the couple in awe. They put the food down on the porch and all of a sudden, they saw Baby Cat with a kitten in her mouth at their doorstep. Robin added:
“Once she dropped off the first baby, she ran off of the porch and ran to the house two houses down, which is an abandoned house.”
The couple quickly prepared a safe and comfy shelter in their basement for mama cat and her babies, while Baby Cat continued bringing them one by one.
After bringing the fourth kitten she nestled in a cat bed and began caring for her babies. The couple named them Eeny, Meeny, Miny, and Moe.

Slowly but surely, the kittens grew bigger and stronger and their true personality started to blossom. Soon, they will be ready for adoption and hopefully, they will find loving homes.
As for the Baby Cat, things got a bit complicated. The couple desperately wanted to keep her, however, the tension between her and their house cat made it impossible.
They had no other choice but to help her find a loving home where she would be loved and well-cared for.
Despite that, the couple is grateful she came into their lives and showed them what love and trust are!
